Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 6, 2017, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its first quarter 2017 earnings results after the market closes on May 4, 2017. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time on May 4, 2017, to discuss the results for the first quarter 2017. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
