Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 4, 2020, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings results after the market closes on February 27, 2020. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on February 27, 2020, to discuss the results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
