On October 12, 2009, the Company announced it will release its third quarter earnings release on November 5, 2009, after the close of market. The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 5, 2009, to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Fairfax, VA, October 12, 2009 - ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICFI) will release its third quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Thursday, November 5, 2009.
