On May 7, 2007, ICF International, Inc. (the Company) announced it expected to issue its first quarter earnings release on May 7, 2007 after the close of market. The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 14, 2007 to discuss the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

ICF International Announces Timing of First Quarter 2007
Earnings Call and Webcast
Fairfax, VA, May 7, 2007 ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) announced today that it will release its first quarter 2007 results after the close of market on May 14, 2007, at which time the earnings release will be available on the companys Web site at http://investor.icfi.com.
The management of ICF will conduct a webcast and conference call on Monday, May 14, 2007, at 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, to discuss performance for the first quarter of 2007. The firms remarks will be followed by a brief question-and-answer period. To participate in the webcast, register at http://investor.icfi.com at least 15 minutes prior to the webcast and download and install any necessary software. An archive of the webcast will be available for one year following the live event.
