Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On September 29, 2017, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its third quarter 2017 earnings results after the market closes on November 2, 2017. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on November 2, 2017, to discuss the results for the third quarter 2017. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
