Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

 

Mr. Richard Taylor, ICF International, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Principal Accounting Officer (“PAO”), resigned to pursue other opportunities, effective May 3, 2019. Until a new PAO is named, the Company’s accounting functions and personnel will be overseen by Mr. James C. Morgan, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
