Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 25, 2019, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its second quarter 2019 earnings results after the market closes on August 1, 2019. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2019, to discuss the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
