Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On September 30, 2020, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its third quarter 2020 earnings results after the market closes on November 5, 2020. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on November 5, 2020 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
