Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On January 19, 2021, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its fourth quarter 2020 earnings results after the market closes on February 25, 2021. The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on February 25, 2021 to discuss the results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
