2023 total revenue was $1.96 billion, an increase of 10.3% from $1.78 billion reported in the previous year and 12.3% higher when adjusting for the 2023 divestitures. Subcontractor and other direct costs were 27.2% of total revenues compared to 27.8% in 2022. Full year 2023 net income was $82.6 million, or $4.35 per diluted share, inclusive of $17.6 million, or $0.71 per share of tax-effected net special charges. This represents increases of 28.6% and 28.7%, respectively, from net income of $64.2 million, or
