The 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 7, 2024 at 8:00am ET online via live webcast, at https://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ICFI2024 .

We are pleased to offer access to both online proxy voting and proxy materials for our upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
