The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 1, 2023 at 8:00am ET online via live webcast, at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ICFI2023.

We are pleased to offer access to both online proxy voting and proxy materials for our upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders. In order to vote through the internet, you must have been a stockholder of ICF International, Inc. as of the April 3, 2023 record date and have received a Proxy Card or electronic instructions with the voting website and a Control Number for voting.

Votes submitted electronically over the Internet must be received by 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2023. Please refer to the voting instructions you received for access to the voting site.
